Approvals in San Diego.

Permits run through the City of San Diego Development Services Department. Most ADUs are reviewed ministerially on a 60-day clock, and the City’s Bonus ADU Program can unlock additional units on transit-served lots. We prepare the submittal, carry it through plan check, and keep you posted at every milestone.
